About me
I am a professional private chef with 14 years of experience. I studied Culinary Arts in Greece, where I grew up and completed my apprenticeship at a 5- star hotel, learning all the fundamentals of classic cooking.
My international journey began in Spain, where I found myself cooking in Fuerteventura. I was fascinated by Mediterranean cuisine and how much Spanish and Greek food cultures share in common. From there, I returned to Greece to complete my military duties, where I continued cooking but this time for a very different kind of guest!
My next stop was Dubai, where I wanted to broaden my culinary knowledge, so I completed a professional cooking course at ICCA. Enjoying my time in the Middle East, I went on to work at the W Hotel on Yas Island (Abu Dhabi), where I explored a wide range of international cuisines and eventually ran the hotel’s Italian restaurant, Amici.
My love for Italian cuisine then took me to northern Italy, where I trained at the one-Michelin-star Johannesstube and Engel Hotel under Chef Theodor Falser. I was deeply inspired by the love for nature, the respect of the ingredients and the attention to detail - these values that have stayed with me ever since.
This passion brought me to London, one of the world’s great gastronomic capitals, where I spent five years at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal (2 Michelin stars). There, I learned how to excel in a highly demanding fine-dining environment, working my way up to Sous Chef.
Most recently in Dublin, I held the position of Head Chef at Marco Pierre White’s restaurant in Donnybrook, before deciding to focus on creating bespoke private dining experiences.
Now, I’m excited to share my knowledge, passion and love for food, combining refined techniques I’ve learned throughout my career with the warmth and authenticity of my mother’s cooking. Let’s create culinary memories that last forever.
