What impressed us even more was how attentive and accommodating he was. He took the time to listen carefully to all of our requests, including some very specific food allergies that my son has, and made sure everything was safe without compromising on taste. He went above and beyond, adding thoughtful touches and even doing extra things without charging us,something you rarely see these days. Beyond his talent in the kitchen, his professionalism, kindness, and passion really shone through. Our guests were raving about the food all night, and many asked me for his details. I couldn’t recommend Chef Ketlid enough if you’re looking for someone who not only cooks amazing food but also creates an unforgettable experience and vibe he’s the one.

“Our family came together for a special dinner with chef Ketlid cooking in our home. From the first bite, we knew this would be a special treat. With a feast of flavors and textures, he treated us to a spectacular meal. The coronation tart melted in your mouth until the crunch of pastry surprise. The lamb kofta simply exploded with flavor like soft popping candy. We were transported to Italy with an aubergine parmigiana with a slow cooked sauce and crunchy aubergines ..the best version ever! Back to Ireland, we had slow aged beef roasted, triple cooked chips, season veg and mashed potatoes(divine). The triple cooked chips were moreish and hard to resist. The veg, gravy and meat were sublime. We went onto to a light pistachio tiramisu, then birthday cake followed by homemade chocolates.. such a fanfare of delicious treats. Thank you Ketlid, we will always cherish the memory of this special meal. To crown it all you left a clean kitchen, leaving leftovers for the next day. Thank you chef for helping us celebrate at home.”
